I partner with a limited number like-minded investors who are seeking tax advantaged passive income, are long-term focused and whose goals are aligned with my mission and core values.

I target income producing multifamily and other hard assets primarily located in the landlord and business friendly Texas Triangle (Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin/San Antonio, Houston). The Texas Triangle is home to 53 Fortune 500 companies, led the U.S. in 2019 job growth, has a population over 18 million, and is projected to grow in population by an additional 3 million by 2030. This combination creates an incredible opportunity for investors to create financial freedom through strategic investment in hard assets.
